• Proof of purchase (such as a sales receipt or other documentation) is recommended but not required — claims without proof of purchase may receive a reduced payment based on the average retail price of one product

What You May Receive

Class members may receive a cash refund for up to three Tom's of Maine toothpaste products purchased during the eligible period if proof of purchase is provided. If you do not have proof of purchase, you may still be eligible to receive an estimated payment based on the average retail price of one product. Actual payment amounts will depend on the total number of valid claims submitted and are not guaranteed. Individual payouts may be less than the maximum amount indicated.
